Cybersecurity Requirements for Financial Services Companies

Covered Entities will be required to annually prepare and submit to the superintendent a Certification of Compliance with New York State Department of Financial Services Cybersecurity Regulations under section 500.17(b) of this Part commencing February 15, 2018.

This training class is offered in conjunction with NYAMB's 29th Annual Wholesale Conference on May 16, 2017 in White Plains, NY. Students who wish to take this class must purchase a full conference registration and select this class/session during their registration check out. Only students who are pre-registered and have selected this session will be allowed entrance into this class. Certificate of Participation will be issued to all participating students.
