Anthony A. Nozzolillo, Esq. serves as Chief Legal Counsel to Keen Settlement Services Inc, a Loan Closing Settlement Company located in Merrick, NY. He has been representing Lenders in both routine and complex residential and commercial refinance and purchase transactions for over two decades; and has closed for almost every national and domestic lender since early 2000.
Mr. Nozzolillo, Esq. oversees KEEN'S overall legal needs, serving as trusted legal advisor to all bank operations under Keen Settlement. He possesses vast knowledge of all aspects of Mortgage Financing, as well as Residential and Commercial Real Estate Closing Transactions; Real Estate Litigation; Leases; Auction Sales; Foreclosures; and Landlord Tenant Disputes.
He additionally serves as Chief Counsel to On Point Land Services, Corporation, an attorney based Real Estate Title Insurance Company, located in Merrick, NY and "Of Counsel" to both the Real Estate and Civil Litigation Departments of Turturro Law, PC, a Full Service Law Firm located in Staten Island, New York.
Mr. Nozzolillo earned his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY ALBANY (School of Business). He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association; Nassau County Bar Association; American Bar Association; American Association of Notaries, and is a Licensed NYS Real Estate Broker. He is also an Affiliate Member of L.I.B.O.R. (Long Island Board of Realtors).
Mr. Nozzolillo represents multiple Condominium and Co-Operative Buildings located in Nassau County, Long Island, and is a frequent Guest Speaker and Lecturer at Real Estate Purchaser/Seller as well as Mortgage Lending Event Seminars.
