NY Whistleblower & Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Certification Class

Since 2018, New York State has required employers to adopt a sexual harassment policy and to conduct annual training to its employees.  In addition, in 2019, the NYSDFS directed that all regulated institutions (including mortgage brokers) must maintain a compliant whistleblower program including training to necessary staff members.  This session will provide you with the training necessary in these two areas and/or to arm yourself with the tools necessary to train your staff.

A certificate for each will be emailed to all in attendance for the full duration of the class only.
